Layla
I've spent 12 years in HR — from recruiting for a 40-person startup to leading People for a 1,500-person logistics group across six countries.
Today I work as a fractional HR lead and consultant for scale-ups that are growing faster than their people processes. I build the hiring engine, the onboarding, the reviews and the policies — and I make sure they actually feel good to go through.
