Your first appointment
Wear something you can move in. Bring any scan reports or surgery letters. If you're claiming on insurance, bring your authorisation number.
When it started, what makes it worse, what you need to get back to — work, sport, sleep.
Movement, strength and nerve tests to find the source, not just where it hurts.
Hands-on treatment, acupuncture or exercise — so you feel a change before you leave.
Exercises sent to your phone and how many sessions to expect.
Treatments & prices
No packages to sign up for. Most people need 3–6 sessions; we'll tell you honestly at your first visit.
Insured? We bill Bupa, AXA, Vitality and Aviva directly — you pay only your excess.
Our team
All our physiotherapists are HCPC registered and members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, with 8 years' experience on average.
Book online
We've sent a confirmation to your email with directions and a short form to fill in before you arrive.
Clinical Pilates
Mat classes of up to eight people, so every exercise can be adjusted to your injury. Ideal after a course of treatment, during pregnancy or if you sit at a desk all day.
£24 per class · £180 for 8 classes
Patient reviews
Every review below is from Google, unedited. We ask every patient for feedback after their last session.
Two years of on-and-off lower back pain and nobody had actually explained it to me. Laura did in the first session. Six weeks later I'm deadlifting again.
Daniel got me from ACL surgery to finishing a half marathon. The rehab plan on the app made it easy to stick to between sessions.
Booked online at 10pm, seen at 8am the next day. They billed Bupa directly so I didn't have to chase anything.
Questions
Something else? Call us on 020 7123 4580 — a physio, not a call centre, will answer.
No. You can book directly. Some insurers ask for a GP referral before they authorise treatment — check with them first if you're claiming.
It depends on the problem, but most people need between 3 and 6. We'll give you an estimate at the end of your first appointment and won't book more than you need.
Loose, comfortable clothes. Shorts for knee, hip or ankle problems; a vest top for shoulder and neck problems. We have changing rooms.
Cancel or move your appointment for free up to 24 hours before. Later cancellations are charged at 50%.
Our sports medicine doctor can refer you for an MRI or ultrasound scan, usually within the same week, at a partner imaging centre in Clapham.
